Alliance Construction Ltd has been in the construction business since 2010 -  formerly operating under the name GARCIA'S CONSTRUCTION, a sole proprietorship by Mr. Carlos Garcia, with more than 20 years of experience.

At Alliance Construction we strive to please our customers in the construction of quality custom homes on The Placencia Peninsula, surrounding areas and now expanding our services all over Belize. Our buildings are constructed to the absolute highest standards. Homes are constructed of either concrete, Belizean hardwood or a combination of both. We have skilled artisans who are experts in the creation of decorative concrete curves and in smoothing concrete surfaces to provide beautiful finishes as well as wood finishes.

 

We are committed to growing and developing as a world class construction company and we take great pride in the quality of our services on every project, big or small. The company is constantly researching  new construction techniques, finishes and quality control in order for our clients to get the best value for their money.

Alliance Construction Ltd. has been in the construction business since 2010, formerly operating under the name Garcia's Construction, a sole proprietorship by Mr. Carlos Garcia, with more than 20 years of experience working for other companies and 7 years with Alliance. The company was officially named ALLIANCE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED and began operations as a Chapter 250 of the substantive Laws of Belize on September 5, 2013 with more than 70 highly-experienced employees.

 

Our key employees have been with Alliance since the beginning. Alliance Construction not only has expertise in construction management and building design, but also in the carpentry, plumbing, and electrical trades. We also have very strong working relationships with other specialty sub-contractors in the industry, such as Electrical and Mechanical, Air Condition and Ventilation experts and German-manufactured Window Providers from Guatemala who also do the installation.

 

Alliance Construction Company Limited team is composed of:

 

Mr. Carlos Garcia: Project Manager and Owner with more than twenty years of construction experience on the Peninsula. Most of the construction done by Alliance Construction is supervised by Mr. Garcia, assisted by Mr. Eliseo Regalado and work behind the scenes is managed by Mr.  Justin Meza.
